Psychosocial risk management

RSHQ’s Guide to psychosocial risk management (PDF, 223KB) provides important information and insights on identifying and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace. It covers key topics such as risk management processes, effective consultation strategies, practical risk control measures and investigation advice. In addition, a case study is used to illustrate real-world application and support proactive approaches.

RSHQ, in collaboration with external experts, has also developed the Guide for managing the risks of workplace sexual harassment in the Queensland resources industry. (PDF, 8MB). This guide provides practical advice to help obligation holders manage the risks of sexual harassment using a risk management approach. The principles of the Guide can also assist with managing the risks of other psychosocial hazards.
