Fatality at a Queensland quarry

Please attribute the following to an RSHQ spokesperson:

"RSHQ has confirmed it is investigating a fatal forklift incident that occurred at  a quarry in Sheldon yesterday.

Our thoughts are with the worker’s family, friends and colleagues during this difficult time.

Enquiries into the incident are underway. As this is an active investigation no further comment can be made at this time."
