Prescribed incident notification and fuel gas emergencies
Operators and persons in control of a business or undertaking are required to report prescribed incidents at operating plant or involving gas-related devices to the Petroleum and Gas Inspectorate.
Report by phone (immediately): 1300 910 933 (24 hours, 7 days a week)
Report using the online form (within 2 business days of incident).
