ResHealth is the new online solution for completing your Coal Mine Workers' Health Scheme health assessment (historically known as the coal board medical).

ResHealth allows you to access the health assessments you completed digitally anytime, anywhere, and on any computer with internet access.

What do I need to know?

  1. Your employer will start the process by sending you an email with a link and reference.
  2. You will need to register and answer all questions within the assessment and press submit (you can save and resume if you need to come back and finish it later).
  3. On pressing submit the information will be made available to the examining doctor.
  4. On completion of the health assessment process you will receive an email link to access your health assessment report (previously known as the section 4).

Questions about ResHealth

When do I need to complete my part of the online health assessment?

You will need to register and complete your section of the health assessment before attending your medical examination.

Can I make changes to the answers I supply once I have pressed submit on my health assessment?

You cannot change the information once you have pressed submit on your section of the health assessment. If you have any issues with the information you have supplied, you can ask your doctor during your medical examination to add notes.
